Kontnu is a platform born in Belgium that connects local businesses (restaurants, salons, shops) with content creators to boost their visibility on Instagram and TikTok. The concept is simple: you offer an experience (meal, service, product) and in exchange, the creator produces authentic content for their social media.

Kontnu serves two types of users: local merchants (restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, shops...) who want to gain visibility, and local content creators looking for authentic collaborations with businesses in their area.
In which cities is Kontnu available?
Kontnu is available in Belgium and France. In Belgium: Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Namur, Bruges, Leuven and all other cities. In France: Paris, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse and many other cities. Our creator network spans both countries, with planned expansion to other markets.
For Merchants
Do I have to pay creators on top of the subscription?
No, everything is based on gifting! You offer a free experience at your place (a meal, a service, a product) and in exchange, the content creator produces authentic content. You only pay your Kontnu subscription, no additional advertising budget needed.
How long does it take to receive applications?
Generally, you receive the first applications from local creators within 24 to 48 hours after publishing your brief. Our platform has over 2,000 active creators in Belgium and France actively seeking collaborations.
Do I choose the creators?
Yes, you have total control! When creators apply to your brief, you review their complete profile (number of followers, content type, engagement rate, demographics) and choose those that best match your brand image.
Can I reuse the created content?
Yes, you can reuse the content on your own social media, website and marketing materials. Usage rights are included in your subscription.

How do I become a creator on Kontnu?
Sign up for free on our platform, create your profile with your Instagram/TikTok statistics and start applying to briefs that interest you. No minimum follower count required, we value authenticity and engagement.
How much do I get paid for a collaboration?
Kontnu collaborations work on the gifting principle: you receive a free experience (meal, service, product) in exchange for your content. Some businesses may offer additional compensation, but this is not guaranteed.
What type of content should I create?
The content type depends on the merchant's brief: Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts... Each brief specifies the expected format, number of publications and specific instructions (hashtags, mentions...).
Can I decline a collaboration after applying?
Yes, as long as the merchant hasn't accepted your application. Once accepted, we encourage you to honor your commitment to maintain a good reputation on the platform.
Billing
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! With our monthly plan, you can cancel anytime without fees or commitment. For quarterly and annual plans, the commitment corresponds to the chosen period, but you retain the flexibility not to renew.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. All payments are secure.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after each payment. You can also download all your invoices from your dashboard.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The displayed price is what you pay.
